Mortuary makeup artists offer a unique gift to those mourning the loss of a loved one. It takes top skills and excellent training to perform well in this field. Making a person look the way they did in life is very important to family and friends of the deceased. We have all heard people comment about how "peaceful and good" a person looked at their funeral or wake. This is the work of those who excel in their work.

It is remarkable that a person can be made to look "life like" even in death. It is even more so that they can be made to look the way they did before their death, by someone who never knew them.
